We want you to know what happens when you share something here.

Your words

The Vessel keeps what you type in your browser while you use it. Your words are never sent to SBHAHE or saved in our database; releasing or clearing it removes it from the page. When you release a burden, we record only an anonymous count that a release happened — never what you wrote, and nothing about you. An affirmation card you download is created in your browser.

The Affirmation Well sends your feeling and selected tone through our server to an AI service to create an affirmation. SBHAHE does not save that input or the generated card in its database. The words and card remain on your page during your visit; you choose whether to download or share them. The AI service may handle requests under its own terms.

Emails and messages

When you send a contact message, we save your email address and message privately so the site owner can read and respond. A copy may be sent to the owner's chosen notification inbox through an email delivery service. Quiet Circle signups save your email for the promised reflections; joining does not automatically send the guide shown elsewhere on the site. Product waitlists save your email together with the product you selected and, for apparel, any optional preferred size and color you choose, so we can contact you about its availability. No payment information is collected here.

Only the site owner can review these submissions in the private dashboard. If you want your contact message, Quiet Circle address, or waitlist entry removed, write to us through the contact form with the address you used and ask for deletion. Please do not put sensitive medical or emergency information in a form.

Site access

Site owners sign in to review submissions. The services that host this site, run the AI request, and send email may process information needed to deliver those functions. This draft does not yet set out retention periods or every provider practice.
